Orthosilicic Acid has a molecular mass of approximately 96 Daltons. Research in skin-permeation science has established an approximately 500-Dalton guideline, with smaller molecules generally having greater potential for passive skin penetration than larger molecules, although size alone does not determine penetration.
Our system also incorporates Hyaluronic Acid of selected molecular weights and brings together hydrophilic and lipophilic phases. That matters because whole plants contain chemically diverse constituentsβsome more compatible with water and others with oils.
